I have known Jason for more decades than either of us care to think about, he taught me Dragon and Tiger qigong and we have practiced together on and off for around 10 years so I am pretty familiar with his practice and teaching style.
Jason is very passionate about his qigong, tai chi and also about his strange predilection for bagua – though I have decided to forgive him for this aberration!
He has spent a massive amount of time and effort in getting instruction from very knowledgeable teachers and so knows his subjects well. Better still, he is a very generous and accomplished teacher and will go to great efforts to actually pass on his knowledge.
So, you’ve been lucky enough to find a good teacher, what can these arts do for you?
Pete Jackson (Instructor, TCUGB, Cornwall).
"I have been fortunate enough to study Qi Gong with Jason for the past few years. Jason is a very knowledgeable, perceptive and patient teacher and I always feel so much better (if not taller) after a class. The benefits of Qi Gong are innumerable for both mind and body and with every session, I feel my understanding, ability and health increasing. Jason is able to relate to all levels of students and as a teacher really does live what he teaches. I am a qualified teacher of adults, as well as someone who is trained in several holistic and practical techniques and I can honestly say that Jason is one of the few exceptional teachers I have encountered"

"I have known Jason for just over 3 years. I first started Qi Gong / Ba Gua after I was recovering from a broken ankle.
I hoped that it was going to help strengthen my ankle and help increase my fitness. But it has done so much more for me than that.
I have become more confident, not just with Qi Gong / Ba Gua but with my personal life too. I also have lots more energy.
I have also become more focused in life and I within the last 6 months I have become more aware of my Chi on a energy level. Which I personal didn't believe in at first.
Jason as a teacher is knowledgeable, approachable and is always calm and patient. When I cant quite grasp a movement Jason will always help to teach me the correct posture my body should be in, by breaking it down.
After I have completed a class, I leave feeling very centred and positive."

"If you want to learn to use tai chi and Qi Gong effectively to improve your health and fitness rather than just memorise a series of movements, then I can highly recommend Jason’s class.
His friendly manner coupled with his in-depth knowledge of his subject has enabled my practice to improve greatly since I’ve started taking his weekly class."

"In 2007 I commenced training with Jason Roberts in the Qigong Energy Gates and Dragon Tiger exercise sets. It very quickly became apparent that the training presented by Jason is at a level which offers an impressive range of knowledge and an inspiring teaching style which enabled me to reach a new depth of internal and external movement, along with a fresh understanding of the multitude of benefits of practicing Qigong and Tai Chi.
Jason’s passion for, and interest in, the Energy Art has enabled him to reach an advanced level in a range of Tai Chi and Qigong sets including Bagua, and I would highly recommend him as an excellent instructor who is equally suited to teaching experienced practitioner and beginners."
